Rank Syncing

Docket automatically maps your Roblox group ranks to Discord roles so members' in-game rank always matches their Discord access — without any manual role management from staff.

Setting up rank mappings

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations > Roblox > Rank Mapping
  2. Your Roblox group ranks are listed automatically after you connect the group
  3. For each rank, select the Discord role it should map to (or leave blank to skip that rank)
  4. Save. Mappings take effect on the next sync cycle.

You can map multiple Roblox ranks to the same Discord role (e.g. all Officer-level ranks get a single Law Enforcement role), or give each rank its own unique role for granular access control.

When sync runs

Rank change scenarios

Requiring group membership

To lock your Discord server behind Roblox group membership:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Bot Settings > Verification
  2. Enable Require Group Membership
  3. Set the minimum rank required for full server access (e.g. any rank above Guest)
  4. Assign the unverified role — members without verified accounts only see the verification channel

Members who have not verified or who are not in the group at the required rank will see only the verification channel until they complete /verify and meet the rank requirement.
