Roblox Integration
Link Roblox accounts to Discord, verify group membership, and automatically sync group ranks to server roles — all without any manual work from staff.
Requirements
- An active Docket Pro or Enterprise subscription
- A Roblox Group that you own or have admin access to
- Your Roblox Group ID (found in the group URL)
Connecting your Roblox group
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations > Roblox
- Enter your Roblox Group ID
- Click Connect Group — Docket validates the group exists
- Map your Roblox group ranks to Discord roles in the rank mapping table
- Save. The integration is live immediately.
Member account linking
Members verify their Roblox account using the /verify command in your Discord server. The bot sends them a unique code to put in their Roblox profile bio for 60 seconds to confirm ownership.
Once verified:
- Their Roblox username is stored and linked to their Discord ID
- Their current group rank is checked
- The corresponding Discord role is assigned immediately
You can see all linked accounts in Dashboard > Players > Roblox Accounts.
Rank syncing
Rank syncing runs automatically on a schedule (every 10 minutes) and also triggers whenever a member uses /sync. When a member's group rank changes in Roblox, their Discord roles update to match.
Group verification requirement
To require group membership before members can access your server:
- Go to Dashboard > Bot Settings > Verification
- Enable Require Roblox Verification
- Choose the role given to unverified members (they only see the verify channel)
- Choose the minimum group rank required for full access
Members who join but do not verify within 24 hours can be auto-kicked — this is optional and configurable.
