Connect Your Discord Server

Go to docket.gg and click Get Started. You will be redirected to Discord's OAuth page to authorize Docket. Docket only requests read access to your account and server list — it cannot post, send messages, or modify your account.

After authorizing, you are taken to your server selection screen.

Your dashboard will list all Discord servers where you have the Manage Server permission. Click the server you want to manage.

If your server is not listed, make sure you are logged in to the correct Discord account and that you have the Manage Server permission in that server.

After selecting your server, the dashboard will prompt you to invite the Docket bot if it is not already a member. Click Invite Bot and authorize on the Discord popup. The bot needs the following permissions to function:

• Manage Roles — to assign roles after whitelist approval and Roblox verification
• Create Private Threads — for ticket threads
• Send Messages — to respond in channels and threads
• Read Message History — for auto-mod scanning
• Embed Links — for formatted response cards

Once the bot is in your server, return to the dashboard. You should see a green Connected indicator next to your server name. Your bot is now live and all slash commands are available to your members.

If the bot appears offline or commands are not showing, make sure it has not been manually kicked and that the bot token in your configuration is valid.
