Application System

Docket's application system lets your community members apply for whitelisting, police, fire, staff, and department roles — with every submission automatically scored by AI.

How it works

When a member submits an application through your Discord bot, Docket's AI reads every answer and produces a score from 0 to 100. The score reflects the member's roleplay knowledge, rule understanding, writing quality, and whether the answers appear original.

Staff receive a dashboard notification with the full application, AI score, a written assessment, and a suggested response they can send with one click.

Application types

Docket supports the following application types out of the box:

  • Whitelist — general server access for new members
  • Police / LEO — law enforcement department applications
  • Fire / EMS — fire department and medical applications
  • Staff — moderator, admin, and management applications
  • Department — any custom department you configure

Custom application types can be created from Dashboard > Applications > Form Builder.

Setting up an application form

To create a new application form:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Applications
  2. Click New Form
  3. Choose the application type and give it a name
  4. Add your questions — text, multiple choice, or paragraph
  5. Set the Discord channel where the bot posts the application command
  6. Save and the bot will immediately start accepting submissions

Reviewing applications

Pending applications appear in the Applications tab of your dashboard. Click any application to open the detail panel showing:

  • Full answers to every question
  • AI score (0–100) with breakdown
  • Plagiarism status and similarity percentage if flagged
  • AI written assessment and recommendation
  • Draft response you can edit and send

Click Approve or Deny — the applicant is notified via Discord instantly.
