Application System
Docket's application system lets your community members apply for whitelisting, police, fire, staff, and department roles — with every submission automatically scored by AI.
How it works
When a member submits an application through your Discord bot, Docket's AI reads every answer and produces a score from 0 to 100. The score reflects the member's roleplay knowledge, rule understanding, writing quality, and whether the answers appear original.
Staff receive a dashboard notification with the full application, AI score, a written assessment, and a suggested response they can send with one click.
Application types
Docket supports the following application types out of the box:
- Whitelist — general server access for new members
- Police / LEO — law enforcement department applications
- Fire / EMS — fire department and medical applications
- Staff — moderator, admin, and management applications
- Department — any custom department you configure
Custom application types can be created from Dashboard > Applications > Form Builder.
